The main objective of this article is to measure the weight of youth in relation to national population, then in relation to active population, then gauges access and contribution to public and private administration. Analyzing youth requires disaggregation of demographic data by age group, in order to target youth through its needs and priorities. The interval from 15th to 39th age group is estimated for 38.73% total population and 47.16% are in the interval 0 to 14 age group. This young and expanding population is certainly a challenge, but could also be an opportunity and even an asset for economic and social development.
