I am Kouamé Kouakou Félicien, born October 10, 1973 in the Center of Côte d’Ivoire. I am married and the father of 5 children including 3 girls and 2 boys. I am a work and organizational psychologist and passionate about personal growth.

What does literary success look like to you?
For me, success depends more on your book having a positive impact on the lives of readers.
What kind of research do you do, and how long do you spend researching before beginning a book?
My research focuses on the well-being of the person. I give myself a minimum of 3 months to conduct the research process leading to the results.
Your latest book is written in French "Compétences Émotionnelles et Pratiques de Leadership chez des Cadres du Groupe Fraternité Matin Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire"/"Emotional Competencies and Leadership Practices among the Executives of the Fraternité Matin Group Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire". What is the message you want to convey to the readers?
Through this book, I would like to invite readers who aspire to be true leaders to start by developing their emotional skills, because emotional mastery is the foundation of leadership development.
What values are most important for a leader?
For me the most important values for a leader are 1) vulnerability, 2) integrity, 3) caring, 4) determination, 5) empathetic listening, 6) autonomy, 7) the state spirit of growth.
Are you a leader? How would you describe your leadership style?
I see myself as a leader whose vision is to revolutionize people’s mindsets by developing a spirit of growth in them (mindset autonomy of mind. To this end, it is up to me to adopt the appropriate style according to the reality and the needs of the person opposite.
