Ecological problems are of great importance for all mankind, and they play enormous role in the life of society. Lots of global problems are the result of human activity in the environment. Heavy pollution of soils and air of territories adjacent to poultry and animal farming factories , which has been caused by the use of inorganic forms of microelements in poultry and animal feed, is a good example of this fact. The monograph is devoted to this issue. For this purpose, chelates of chromium, boron and molybdenum containing methionine and glutamic acid have been synthesized: Chelates have been studied by a number of physico-chemical research methods: The composition and individuality of compounds are determined by microelement analysis. by X-ray graphic and by IR spectroscopic methods. To study the biological activity of chelate compounds, a based on chelates was prepared premix, which was used to balance broiler feed. Studies have shown a positive effect of chelates on growth and productivity of broilers.Addition of microelements in chelated form to poultry feed had a positive effect on almost all zootechnical parameters.
